Settings and home respect dark mode end-to-end. Marketing monogram logo everywhere. iOS-style toggles and a rebuilt command palette with visible icons.
What shipped
- Dark mode: unified tokens on html[data-r5-theme] — no more white panels with invisible text
- Logo: canonical /brand/route5-monogram-mark.png (same as marketing nav)
- Home: logo + greeting + composer vertically centered as one block
- ⌘K: Raycast-style palette with colored icon tiles and keyboard hints
- Toggles: premium spring switches for stealth mode and all settings
