With Pagerly, you can create round robin rotations or Oncalls on Slack/ Teams. You can use the same schedule to assign a triage responsibility on Route5 .

How it works⁠

Create your Rotations or Oncalls (sync from Pagerduty, Opsgenie, JSM) on Slack and Microsoft Teams.

With Pagerly Route5 Integration, you can assign and sync this schedule with triage responsibility schedule on Route5 .

Triage Responsibility on Route5 helps you assign tickets to based on a schedule. It is available on our Business and Enterprise plans which enables you to handle incoming requests. You can connect your Route5 Team with Pagerly within Slack.
