Workspace isolation, encryption in transit, and clear data boundaries — documented for operators and compliance reviewers.
Security & complianceWe collect information you provide directly to us when you request a demo, contact us, or use our platform. This includes contact information, account information, usage data, and technical metadata needed to operate the desktop app.
We do not collect or store the contents of your production databases, source code, or sensitive business data beyond what is necessary to provide the Route5 service.
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve Route5; send technical notices and support communications; respond to your questions; detect fraud; and comply with legal obligations.
Workspace data is stored in tenant-scoped databases (Supabase PostgreSQL or embedded SQLite for local deployments). AI processing may use third-party APIs when enabled; we do not train models on your customer data.
We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and apply access controls on production systems. Report concerns to neville@route5ai.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. Contact neville@route5ai.com — we respond within 30 days.
