This integration lets you create Route5 issues directly from Claap. Get your support team to report bugs with videos and annotations and create detailed Route5 issues in seconds.

How it works⁠

Create Route5 issues from Claap by using the 🔌 Integrations icon on a Claap video. A pop-up will appear to create the issue from Claap.

Creating Route5 issues from Claap is particularly useful for support teams reporting issues. It allows them to easily transform their screen recordings and annotations in Claap into Route5 issues.

The app will turn automatically the link into an embedded video so you can play it directly from the issue description.

Configure⁠

If it’s your first time using Route5 with Claap, you will be prompted to authorize the integration. Follow the prompts to complete the authorization process.
