Link your BugHerd account to Route5 to send website bugs submitted by your team and clients in BugHerd through to Route5 for your development team to resolve.

Integrating BugHerd with Route5 gives your team an easy way to manage, track and resolve bugs and issues without needing your clients to have access to your teams Route5 account. The integration allows you to choose when and how tasks are sent from BugHerd to Route5.

Configure

Integrate BugHerd with Route5 in 3 easy steps:


1. Link your BugHerd project to Route5 from the Integrations page in BugHerd.
2. Select which Route5 Team and Issue you’d like to send BugHerd tasks to.
3. Choose where and how you send BugHerd tasks to Route5, and what information you want updated and when. You’re in control.

You’ll need to have current plans for BugHerd and Route5 to be able to integrate them. You will need to have a project set up in BugHerd. You’ll also need to be a manager in BugHerd.
